I Bryanna honestly agree with this article. I feel that basketball is more than just a sport it brings out emotion , feelings , and mental thoughts that some people would’ve never imagined. I know that for me other than volleyball basketball is one of my most favorite sports I’ve played all my life in school and wanna strive to continue that. A Lot of people might already look at me and think that oh I’m to big and cant do this and that ,but I wanna be the person who proves them wrong. Not only prove them wrong but to prove to myself that yes, I can do anything that I put my mind to .I love being a team player ,working with others and I’m very coachable .I’ve struggled with my weight in some parts of my life and felt to big to do certain things and sports is one ,but I cant just walk away from sports like that because I let someone tell me I cant. Basketball is something I really enjoy and would like to push through the struggle no matter what society tells me I cant do. So from this day forward my goal is to push through the pain and all to make Klein Collins Basketball to become apart of the lady tiger family for good.
I agree with this article because it talks about the essential elements needed to be successful in sports. One of these that I feel encompasses all of these is self control. Which can influence in emotional stability, aggression and anxiety. Having a great support system both from the team’s staff as well as off the field is essential to having a balanced and accurate perception of their situation which helps them asses it in a more direct way.
Fantastic idea. Removing fear is vital whilst building a winning mentality.

Having a support system both from the coaching team as well as a social network off the field are essential to have the mental balance the article describes.
